Crescendo’s DEI LIVE programs offer rich courses for leaders of all levels to learn and practice concepts related to DEI. Our facilitators bring both professional and lived experience to the work and are skilled in guiding participants through challenging subject matter.

Our LIVE sessions follow a four-part framework of Learning, Introspection, Value, and Expression. Through these sessions participants learn not only new concepts, but how to weave them in to their daily practice as professionals. This is accomplished through individual and shared reflection, realizing value, and actionable takeaways that each individual can begin to implement immediately.

DEI LIVE Formats

  • Our interactive workshops combine multimedia presentation, independent reflection, breakouts, and group sharing to create a perfect balance of independent construction and shared learning.

  • It is impossible to do DEI work without bringing our own identities and lived experiences to the table. In facilitated discussions, we create space to confront our own biases and assumptions, and challenge each other to work together towards a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.

  • When you want to address a subject with your whole organization, or a large team, a live presentation or virtual webinar is a great option. Our subject matter experts are here to guide you through your DEI journey, every step of the way.
