The safety, wellbeing, and inclusion of our employees and community members are of utmost importance to us. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, abuse, or other forms of inappropriate behaviour that causes toxic working environments and event spaces. In the event that an incident occurs, we will do what we can to rectify it.
This form goes directly to the inbox of our CEO, who has committed to addressing these reports swiftly and respectfully. By default, these reports are anonymous. If you would like to identify yourself, please feel free to do so, but it is not required. If you would like us to follow up on the status of your report, please include an email address at which we can contact you or a representative.
