Step 1: Installing Crescendo

Hit “Add to Slack” and sign in as a Slack Admin.

Step 2: Activating Crescendo and personalizing your own learning path
Once the installer has selected you as a Crescendo Admin, you can get started! Follow the instructions on this video (3:00) to go through the learner onboarding and personalization.
🔔 You can open your Crescendo settings to change your preferences by typing /crescendo in the workspace
Step 3: Exploring the admin features
The Crescendo admin dashboard is your one-stop-shop for D&I metrics and admin features.

Step 4: Introducing Crescendo to your Company
Use our templated communications plan to announce Crescendo to your employees. This includes:
Emails to the manager & all employees
Talking points at a company meeting
Visual marketing materials

Now with your team is keeping an eye out for Crescendo, let’s watch the video (2:00) to add your folks to Crescendo!
