Celebrating Pride: Anti-Racist Organizations to Support Right Now in North America

This June, as Crescendo stands in solidarity with the movement for Black lives, we are intensifying the voices and histories of the queer people of colour and keeping our efforts to support the anti-racist LGBTQ+ community in any way that we can. Any meaningful celebration of queer life must be actively anti-racist and actively intersectional, and right now, that reminder is critical.

As people demand change, it is crucial to propel forward the work of queer organizers of color, as well as the anti-racist work that is taking center stage in North American activism. If you, like many of us, are moved to take action right now, here is a list of organizations that support the most historically silenced groups within the LGBTQ+ community.

Black Lives Matter, today and everyday. Please share this list and let us know how we can better offer opportunities for your learning and action during this difficult time - we’re listening.

Note: This list will be continuously updated.
