It starts with us

It starts with us.

This is a tenet I continually remind my team of as we grow Crescendo. We're on a journey of educating professionals to promote equity for all, in all workplaces. If we can't maintain equity and inclusion in our own organization, then we have no business leading others to do the same.

A core building block of Crescendo is our value of integrity above all - it is critical that we uphold our culture and values, and lead by example in making decisions to prioritize the safety of our community. Only through action and meaningful change can we move forward and continue on this path of making the world's workplaces equitable, including our own.

At Crescendo, we envision a world of equity for all, in all workplaces. One where everyone has equitable access to opportunity, and can pursue - and achieve - the careers of their dreams. We believe that the world's best companies are those where people come first, individuals are valued, and difference is an asset.

So how do we get there? At Crescendo we believe that we will be able to make this vision a reality. And we know that, in order to do so, it starts right here with our people, products, and culture. It starts with us.

. . . . .

If our vision resonates with you, and if you want to be part of building a company where equity, integrity, and transparency are core values, then we invite you to join us. We have open roles across sales, marketing, engineering, and customer experience. See our open roles here, and join our team of changemakers.
